Raffle & Giveaway Winner Picker
Raffle & Giveaway Winner Picker — Fair, Transparent, Free
Running a real prize draw, giveaway, or contest? Every spin is powered bycrypto.getRandomValues, the browser's cryptographic random source — the same standard used for security keys. There is no server, no hidden admin controls, and no way for anyone (including us) to influence the outcome. Add your entrants, spin on camera, and hand out the prize with confidence.
How to run your draw
- Add every entrant. Paste your full ticket list — one name (or ticket number) per line. Weighted tickets? Use
Jane x3to give an entrant three tickets. - Start recording or screen-share. For maximum transparency, capture the full entry list on screen before spinning.
- Spin for the winner. Tap the wheel. The pointer lands on whichever entry the cryptographic draw returned — no second-guessing, no re-rolls.
- Draw more prizes without repeats. Tap Remove Winner to exclude them from the pool, then spin again for the runner-up, third place, and beyond.

Multi-prize draws and weighted tickets
After a spin, the Remove Winner button pulls that entrant out so the same person can't win twice — essential when you're handing out several prizes in one session. For raffles that award bonus tickets (referrals, early sign-ups, purchases), weighted entries such as Alex x5 reflect those extra chances without cluttering your list.
Frequently asked questions
Can the result be manipulated by the organizer?
No. Winner selection uses the browser's built-in crypto.getRandomValues — the same cryptographic random source used for security keys. There's no server, no admin override, and no way to pre-select an outcome. The wheel visibly lands on whichever entry the random draw returned.
Can I pick multiple winners for multiple prizes?
Yes. After each spin, tap Remove Winner to take that entrant out of the pool, then spin again for the next prize. This guarantees no duplicate winners across a first, second, and third place draw.
Is the randomness truly fair for a real giveaway?
Yes. Every entry has an equal, independently drawn probability on each spin (weighted only if you explicitly grant bonus tickets). The generator meets the same statistical standard used for cryptographic operations — a stronger guarantee than the Math.random most spinner sites rely on.
Can participants verify the draw was fair?
Yes. Because the entire draw runs in the browser, you can screen-share on a live stream or record the spin from start to finish — viewers see the full entry list, the spin, and the wheel come to rest on the winner. The Results tab also keeps a timestamped log you can export as evidence after the fact.
How do I give some entrants better odds (bonus raffle tickets)?
Use weighted entries. Write 'Jane Doe x3' to give Jane three tickets, or list her name three times. This is handy when your rules award extra entries for referrals, purchases, or early sign-ups.
