Randomising it in front of everyone resets that, and takes a small piece of politics out of the week — nobody has to decide, so nobody has to defend the decision.
Paste your team, one name per line, and spin for standup order, the next facilitator, the demo presenter, or who picks up the unglamorous ticket. Remove each person after they are drawn and the wheel becomes a fair rotation that completes a full cycle before repeating. It shares a screen well on a video call: neutral slate-and-steel colours, no cartoon effects, and a winner card that reads clearly when the call is compressed. Everything runs in your browser, so it is safe to put team names on the wheel during a client-visible screen share without anything syncing to an account.

Can I run a full rotation without repeats?
Yes. Remove each person as they are drawn and the wheel works through the whole team before anyone comes up twice.
Does it look OK on a screen share?
The palette is deliberately neutral and high-contrast, so it stays legible through video compression.
Can I split the team into two groups?
Use the Team Generator, which draws two rosters at once from a single list.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your wheels and your roster are stored locally in your own browser and are never uploaded to our servers. The site stays free through third-party ads such as Google AdSense, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Is the wheel truly random?
Yes. Every spin uses your browser's built-in cryptographic random generator (crypto.getRandomValues), not the weaker Math.random(). The winner is picked fairly in proportion to each entry's slice size, and each result is independent of previous spins.
