Training Wheel for Athletes and Coaches
Predictable sessions get gamed. Athletes pace themselves for the finisher they know is coming, pick the same warm-up they are already good at, and quietly avoid the drill they need most. Randomising the order removes that: nobody knows whether the session ends with hill sprints or core, so the effort goes into the work rather than the plan.
Load the wheel with drills, conditioning finishers, lane assignments, matchups, or squad names. Weight the ones you want to come up more often by adding "x2" — useful when a technical drill needs three times the reps of a mobility block. Remove each drill as it is completed and the wheel becomes a session plan that runs itself. On a phone at the side of a pitch it stays readable in daylight, and the deep red and graphite palette avoids the washed-out pastel look most pickers have. For picking two sides from one squad, the Team Generator draws both rosters at once with nobody appearing twice.

Frequently asked questions
Can I split a squad into two teams?
Yes — the Team Generator draws two rosters from one list with no duplicates across sides.
Does it work outdoors on a phone?
Yes. The palette is high-contrast and the wheel scales to any screen size.
Can I stop a drill repeating?
Remove it after it is drawn and it will not come up again in that session.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your wheels and your roster are stored locally in your own browser and are never uploaded to our servers. The site stays free through third-party ads such as Google AdSense, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Is the wheel truly random?
Yes. Every spin uses your browser's built-in cryptographic random generator (crypto.getRandomValues), not the weaker Math.random(). The winner is picked fairly in proportion to each entry's slice size, and each result is independent of previous spins.
